Solid experimental and analytical skills, including the ability to design experiments, work with measurement data, validate models against experimental results, and document findings in a structured and clear manner.
Knowledge of data-driven methods, machine learning, and advanced modeling techniques is considered a strong plus, especially for applications in predictive modeling, condition monitoring, and the optimization of motor-drive systems.
A collaborative and results-driven mindset, enabling effective cooperation across R&D teams and business stakeholders, with the initiative to take ownership and deliver high-quality results on time and within budget.
