You’ll be joining our dynamic Marketing and Communications team - an integral part of Westermo’s global brand presence. We work across regions and departments to ensure our messaging is clear, consistent, and compelling. From product launches to thought leadership, we help tell the story of Westermo’s cutting-edge technology and commitment to industrial innovation.
Are you our next Marketing Communications Specialist?
In this temporary role, you’ll take the lead on product launch marketing, working closely with product managers to plan and execute impactful go-to-market strategies. You’ll create engaging launch collateral and content that resonates with our global audience. Beyond product launches, you’ll contribute to content development on key topics such as cybersecurity and sustainability - areas where Westermo is driving real change.
You’ll also support strategic initiatives like department-level prioritisation and portfolio planning, and participate in cross-functional corporate forums. This is a role that combines creativity, collaboration, and strategic thinking.
Responsibilities Plan and execute product launches in collaboration with product managers
Create compelling launch materials and marketing content
Develop content on strategic topics such as cybersecurity and sustainability
Support portfolio planning and departmental prioritisation
Participate in corporate forums and cross-functional initiatives
Ensure alignment with Westermo’s brand voice and global messaging

Requirements Fluent in Swedish and English
Higher education in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent
Experience in content management
Experience with web content management systems
Meritorious:
Skills in video production and photography
